Retreat Centers
etreats for our spiritual life are meant to bring us to become like Jesus who went out into the desert for forty days after his baptism in the Jordan. He desired
to show us that we must conquer our enemies before we engage in the work of God.
Jesus came from our Father. He came into the world. Again, he left the world and returned to our Father. Jesus is the Way, the Truth, the Life and the Light for
all mankind. We as his disciples follow his way to deny ourselves, to take up our cross every day and to imitate and follow him. This leads us to grow in the
oneness that Jesus’ prayed for: to become one with him as he is with the Father and the Father is with him, in the love of the Holy Spirit. This oneness leads us
through discipleship and into the Communion of the Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
