od is the Formator for all members of The Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity. This is the most important element of Formation that we are to understand. God created us in the Communion of the Most Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. In the beginning of mankind’s creation, this Communion was broken by Adam and it was necessary in God’s plan to restore this Communion. It is in Jesus’ Trinitarian life that this Communion has been restored. The callings and vocations of the members of The Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity are bestowed as well on each and all by the Triune God. God’s Formators therefore accompany you to become one with Jesus during the time of your Formation; seeking to bring you to the gift that God in his holy will is bestowing upon you. In this Formation, we respect and trust each other and in freedom allow God to work. Both the Formator and the person in formation recognize how humbling this is. It is the Holy Spirit and Our Lady who guide, moves and lead the members of The Society of Our Lady of the Most Holy Trinity, forming them as Disciples of Jesus and Mary in the Gospels. This brings the members to living encounters in Jesus Christ, whereby in gift and grace they come to the Communion in their discipleship. This Communion is also within each member. Each member is called to bring this Communion to all others as well. This wondrous Communion is the life they will live in heaven. Formation then is to be human, spiritual, intellectual and in Apostolic Work. Thus every member fulfills and makes fruitful God’s Divine plan in his love for them. This is truly accomplished in, with and through Jesus and the Holy Spirit who teaches all things. |
